不同杂种优势群玉米茎秆维管束性状比较分析 被引量:5

Difference analysis of the stalk vascular bundles in different maize heterotic groups

摘要 玉米茎秆维管束是玉米营养运输和抗倒伏的关键影响因素,本研究以198份玉米自交系为试验材料,研究不同杂种优势群玉米茎秆维管束相关性状的差异,并对结果进行多重比较。结果表明:在不同玉米自交系中,单个小维管束面积及单个大维管束面积变异系数分别为25.59%~54.25%、31.82%~52.60%;小维管束数目、大维管束数目、单个小维管束面积及单个大维管束面积在不同自交系间的差异均达到极显著水平。在小维管束数目性状上,瑞德群、P群和兰卡斯特较其他杂种优势群的小维管束数目受环境影响较大;在大维管束数目性状上,瑞德群和兰卡斯特受环境影响小。旅大红骨单个大维管束面积受环境影响较小。多重比较结果表明,综合小维管束数目和大维管束数目结果,来源于兰卡斯特的均值均最小,分别为57.20和55.75,说明该类群大小维管束数目均较少;塘四平头的均值均最大,分别为69.90和79.18,表明该类群含有较多维管束数目。旅大红骨群单个维管束面积最大,其单个大小维管束面积的均值分别为0.0321和0.0214,说明该类群大小维管束的面积均较大。明确不同杂种优势群中茎秆维管束性状的差异,为进一步遗传学分析和组配高产抗逆品种提供借鉴。 Corn stalk vascular bundles were the key parts influencing the nutrient transportation and lodging resistance of corn.In this study,198 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials to study the differences in the related traits of corn stalk vascular bundles of different heterosis groups,and the multiple comparisons of results were conducted.The results showed that:In different maize inbred lines,the coefficient of variation of the area of a single small vascular bundle and the area of a single large vascular bundle were 25.59%-54.25%,31.82%-52.60%,respectively;the number of small vascular bundles,the number of large vascular bundles,the area of a single small vascular bundle,and the the area of a single large vascular bundle among different inbred lines reached a very significant level.For the number of small vascular bundles,the number of small vascular bundles in the Reid group,P group and Lancaster were more affected by the environment than in other heterotic groups;for the number of large vascular bundles,the number of vascular bundles in the Reid group and Lancaster were less affected by the environment.The area of a single large vascular bundle in Lvda Red Cob was less affected by the environment.The results of multiple comparisons showed that:Combining the results of NSVB and NLVB,the mean values derived from Lancaster were the smallest,57.20 and 55.75,respectively,indicating that the number of vascular bundles of this group size was relatively small;the mean values of Tangsipingtou were the largest,69.90 and 79.18,respectively,indicating that the taxa contains more vascular bundles.The Lvda Red Cob had the largest single vascular bundle area,and the average values of the vascular bundle area of a single size were 0.0321 and 0.0214 respectively,indicating that the area of vascular bundles of this group size was relatively large.The study clarified the differences in stalk and vascular bundle traits in different heterotic groups,which provided a reference for further genetic analysis and the comb
