摘要
以典型的顶端败育与正常类型玉米杂交种为材料,对果穗不同部位籽粒的发育动态及籽粒小穗柄维管束截面积进行了比较研究。研究认为:败育籽粒在其发育早期粒重就不及正常籽粒,约在授粉后8~12d(8~12DAA)停止发育转向衰退。对小穗柄维管束进行解剖观察发现,败育籽粒小穗柄维管系统发育较差,其维管束截面积明显小于中部正常籽粒。在败育完成后其小穗柄截面积仍有一定程度的扩大。败育籽粒早期蔗糖及淀粉含量明显低于正常籽粒。由此可见:顶端籽粒的败育并非主要源于输导系统发育不良,而与其较低的库活性关系更为密切。
Comparative studies were conducted on the kernel development and pedicel vasular cross section area,with the genotypes with and without tip kernel abortionThe results were as follows:The kernel weight of aborting kernels was lighter than that of well developing kernels at the early period of kernel development,and aborted at 812 days after anthesis(DAA)Aborting kernels had a bad developed pedicel vascular system,and their pedicel cross section area were smaller than that of the well developing kernels,but their cross section area still enlarged a little after kernel abortionAborting kernel had less content of sucrose and starch compared with the well developing kernelsIt can be concluded that kernel abortion was not mainly resulting from bad developed pedicel,but resulting from their low sink activity
