摘要
目的探讨标准化流程在野战医疗方舱医院手术组中的应用。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2019年12月某院野外驻训模拟演练资料,按时间先后将其分为对照组(Ⅰ组,2018年1—12月)和观察组(Ⅱ组,2019年1—12月),每组80例,Ⅰ组采用传统工作流程,Ⅱ组采用标准化工作流程,比较两组手术舱使用时间、首台手术准备时间、接台手术衔接时间、手术物品准备完善率、手术护理缺陷发生率及医护满意率。结果Ⅱ组手术舱使用时间、手术接台衔接时间均明显短于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组手术物品准备完善率明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组手术护理缺陷率明显低于Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。结论建立野战医疗方舱医院手术组标准化流程,能显著提高野战创伤批量伤员手术通过率,为伤员赢得急救时间,有效保障伤员安全,提升野战卫勤保障综合能力。
Objective To explore the application of standardized procedure for the surgical group in field cabin hospitals. Methods The data on a field training simulation drill of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively collected and divided into the control group(group Ⅰ, January-December 2018) and the observation group(group Ⅱ, January-December 2019) according to time order, with 80 cases in each group. The traditional workflow was used in group Ⅰ, while the standardized workflow was used in group Ⅱ. The use time of operating capsules, the preparation time of the first operation, the take-over time between consecutive operations, the rate of preparation and improvement of surgical items, the incidence of surgical nursing defects and the rate of medical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operating cabin service time and operation take-over time in group Ⅱ were significantly shorter than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.01). The perfection rate of surgical preparation in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.01). The rate of surgical nursing defects in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.01). Conclusion The establishment of a standardized procedure for the operation group in the cabin hospital of field medical treatment can significantly improve the passing rate of the operation for the batch of field trauma patients, win the first aid time for the wounded, effectively guarantee the safety of the wounded, and thus improve the overall ability of the field medical support.
