摘要
目的探讨洁净手术室应用时间管理优化运作流程的方法与效果。方法 2009年采用洁净手术室常规运作管理。2010年采用时间管理优化手术室工作流程,即规定第1台手术的手术人员于8:30前入手术室、9:00前手术切皮;优化手术患者接送流程、开通手术患者专用电梯、缩短术后患者在麻醉复苏室的停留时间。结果 2010年较2009年手术量增加8.34%;年成本下降2.43%,年收益增加30.21%;麻醉复苏室接收术后患者量增加29.31%;2010年与2009年第1台手术患者入室-切皮时间、接台手术患者入室-切皮时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、第1台手术切皮延误率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论应用时间管理优化手术室工作流程能提高洁净手术室运作效率、降低手术成本。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of time management in optimization of working process in clean operating room.Methods We used conventional management in clean operating room in 2009.Conversely,we applied time management to optimize working process in 2010.For the first operation,all surgeons must enter operating room before 8:30 everyday and start the surgery by 9:00.We optimized the process of escorting patient and utilized a special elevator for operative patients;we also shortened length of Post Anesthesia Care Unit(PACU) stay.Results Compared with 2009,the numbers of surgeries in 2010 increased by 8.34%,the cost of 2010 dropped by 2.43%,and annual earnings grew by 30.21%.Reception of postoperative patioents in PACU increased by 29.31%.The time span from the first patient′s entering operating room to the commencement of the surgery,and the time span from a second patient′s entering operating room to the commencement of the surgery,the length of PACU stay,rates of delayed skin-cutting for the first surgery in 2010 had significant differences with those in 2009. Conclusion Application of time management to optimization of working process can improve work efficiency and reduce cost in clean operating room.
