摘要
主要介绍了烷基苯磺酸的制备和分析方法。烷基苯磺酸的制备主要分为磺化、老化和水解,阐述了每一步的反应机制。介绍了烷基苯磺酸产品活性物、游离油、硫酸和色泽的分析方法,认为需要建立产品的仪器分析方法。
In this paper,preparation process and analysis method of liner alkylbenzene sulfonic acid were introduced.The preparation process of liner alkylbenzene sulfonic acid consists of sulfonation,ageing and hydrolysis,and each reaction mechanism was described.The analysis of active matter,free oil,sulfuric acid,and color of alkylbenzene sulfonic acid product are introduced.The instrument analysis method of the alkylbenzene sulfonic acid product needs to be further established.
