摘要
在以氟化氢为催化剂的直链烷基苯工业化生产中,通过降低烷基化反应器入口氟化氢流量降低烷基化反应酸烃比,发现氟化氢与烃类的体积比(酸烃比)降至0.9时,对烷基苯的产量和质量仍无明显影响;在烷基化反应器入口,烷烯烃进料量为80t/h、苯进料量32t/h的条件下,酸烃比从1.5降至0.9时,计算结果表明,生产装置内氟化氢的必要用量减少了约20t,说明降低酸烃比可有效降低氟化氢用量。通过对氟化氢必要储量的计算、分析以及实验验证,认为目前生产装置内储存的150t氟化氢远高于100t的安全用量,氟化氢用量的降低对于降低可能潜在的危险性,缩短装置的开停车时间,降低工艺处理和储存难度均有十分积极的意义。
In the produetion of linear alkylbenzene eatalyzed by hydrogen fluoride, the quality and yield of LAB kept stable when the volume ratio of HF to hydroearbons was within a range from 1.5: 1.0 to 0.9 : 1 by redueing the flux of HF at inlet of reaetor. The necessary dosage of HF was decreased about 20 t when the volume ratio of HF to the hydroearbons decreased from 1.5 : 1.0 to about 0.9 : 1 under the eondition that the inlet dosage of hydrocarbons was 80 t/h and the inlet dosage of benzene was 32 t/h.The dosage of HF in apparatus was 150 t,mueh more than the safe dosage by ealeulation. Redueing the dosage of HF in apparatus was benefit to safety and produetion.
