功能化酸性离子液体催化合成烷基化油研究进展

摘要 随着车用汽油国Ⅵ排放标准的实施,生产高品质汽油的烷基化工艺受到了广泛关注。异丁烷(C_(4))烷基化产物是一种理想的汽油调和组分,其中离子液体烷基化技术在生产高辛烷值烷基化油方面具有明显优势。围绕酸性离子液体催化剂的技术特点,介绍了功能化Br?nsted(B)酸、Lewis(L)酸离子液体在烷基化反应过程中对原料溶解性和产物选择性的影响,以及B-L双酸型离子液体在提升丁烯异构化和异丁烷氢转移过程的协同作用;重点讨论了酸性离子液体结构功能化调控与C_(4)烷基化物料传质之间的关系。针对功能化酸性离子液体在优化烷基化反应方面的应用进行了分析和评述,展望了功能化酸性离子液体在生产烷基化油技术路线中的应用前景,有望为优化离子液体设计提供思路。 With the implementation of ChinaⅥvehicle emission standards,the clean gasoline produced by alkylation process has been paid more attention.The alkylation product of isobutane(C_(4))is an ideal blending component in gasoline,and the alkylation process using acidic ionic liquid catalysts have an obvious advantage in the production of high-octane alkylation gasoline.Based on the technical characteristic of ionic liquid catalysts,the paper introduces the effect of Br nsted(B)and Lewis(L)functionalized ionic liquid on C_(4)solubility and product selectivity during the alkylation process and the synergistic effect of B-L ionic liquid on enhancing butene isomerization and isobutane hydrogen transfer processes,and then emphatically discusses the relationship between structural functionalization adjustment of acidic ionic liquids and mass transfer of materials in C_(4)alkylation process.Additionally,the application of functionalized acidic ionic liquid in optimizing alkylation reaction are analyzed and reviewed,and its application in production of alkylation gasoline is also prospected,which can provide ideas for optimizing the design of ionic liquid catalyst.
