摘要
上海浦东足球场屋盖结构内部的挑篷采用了轮辐式索承网格结构,其独特的中置压环钢结构张拉体系,对钢结构、屋面系统等的设计、加工和安装提出了毫米级的精度要求。为保证加工和现场安装质量,通过对几种应力状态下的模型数据进行分析、拟合,并在项目加工及安装前期就一系列图纸翻样技术进行讨论和优化,为项目的顺利完成起到了承上启下的作用。
The spoke cable-supported grid structure is adopted in the roof structure of Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium.Its unique middle compression ring steel structure tensioning system puts forward accuracy requirements of millimeter level for the design,processing and installation of steel structure and roof system.In order to ensure the quality of processing and on-site installation,the model data under several stress states are analyzed and fitted,and a series of drawing proofing technologies are discussed and optimized in the early stage of project processing and installation,which plays a connecting role for the smooth completion of the project.
