摘要
上海浦东足球场为满足国际足联A级比赛要求的专业足球场,其屋面幕墙主要采用聚碳酸酯板屋面、铝镁锰合金板、蜂窝铝板屋面、幻彩铝塑板幕墙以及屋盖吊顶膜结构。屋盖吊顶膜结构面积大,由于上方金属屋面已闭水,故高空施工难度相当大。以此为例,重点介绍该项目吊顶膜的深化与施工工艺,通过技术创新,确保了项目的顺利实施。
Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium is a professional football stadium meeting the requirements of FIFA A-level competition.Its roof curtain wall mainly adopts polycarbonate panel roof,aluminum magnesium manganese alloy panel,honeycomb aluminum panel roof,magic color aluminum plastic panel curtain wall and roof ceiling membrane structure.The roof suspended ceiling membrane structure has a large area,and it is very difficult to carry out the highaltitude construction because the metal roof above is closed for waterproof.Taking this as an example,this paper focuses on the deepening and construction technology of the ceiling membrane of the project,which has ensured the smooth implementation of the project through technological innovation.
