摘要
为有效解决由闲置退役活动测控装备造成的资源浪费问题,通过退役活动测控装备再利用价值影响因素分析,构建再利用价值评估指标体系。采用模糊综合评判法评估某型退役活动测控装备再利用价值等级,为确定该退役活动测控装备再利用方式提供参考,研究结论对于退役活动测控装备的合理再利用具有重要意义。
In order to effectively solve the problem of resource waste caused by idle decommissioned mobility measurement and control equipment,an evaluation index system for reuse value of decommissioned mobility measurement and control equipment is established by analyzing the influencing factors of reuse value.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the reuse value level of a certain type of decommissioned mobility measurement and control equipment,which provides a reference for the reuse method determining.The research conclusion is great significance for the reasonable reuse of this equipment.
