摘要
在研究战场环境技术保障装备任务剖面的基础上,通过对保障效能影响因素进行分析,构建保障效能评估预选指标体系,根据具体任务条件选取最终的评估指标。采用专家咨询法、层次分析法和线性加权法对各级指标进行赋权,形成基于实际保障任务的评估指标体系,为技术保障装备保障效能评估提供科学合理的指标框架。
Based on the researching of technical support equipment task profile in battlefield environment,we established the primary index system by the analysis of support effectiveness influence factors and choosing final indexes according to specific task conditions.Using the methods of expert consultation,analytic hierarchy process and linear weighting,we weighted the hierarchy indexes,and established evaluation index system based on actual support task,which provides scientific index frame for technical support equipment support effectiveness evaluation.
