摘要
退役是航空四站装备全寿命周期的重要阶段之一,科学合理地判断退役时机既能充分发挥装备的效能,又能降低全寿命周期费用。目前,航空四站装备的退役时机多以其设计使用寿命为主,缺乏有效的定量分析方法,论文分析了影响航空四站装备退役的主要因素,并建立了相应的退役模型。运用模糊聚类分析法对装备的退役问题进行量化分析,评估了装备退役的优先顺序。实例分析表明,该方法符合实际,为航空四站装备的退役决策提供了一种定量分析手段。
Retirement is one of the important stages during aerospace ground equipments,life-cycle, judging the time ofretirement scientifically can fully exert its efficiency andreduce the cost of life-cycle. At present, the time of retirement ofaerospace ground equipments mainly rely on its designed life and the effective method of quantitative analysis is absent. Thismessage analyses the primary influencing factors and the corresponding retirement model is established. Then the quantitativeanalysis of equipments' retirement is carried on using the method of fuzzy clustering, which also gets the priorities of equipments/retirement. According to the example, the result is accordance with the actual case and provides a method of quantitativeanalysis for retirement policy-making question of aerospace ground equipments.
