摘要
针对影响地空导弹武器装备退役的主要因素进行分析,并给出评估模型。应用灰色聚类决策的方法构建地空导弹武器装备的退役模型,为地空导弹武器装备的退役提供了一定依据。
The primary factor which influences the retirement of surface-to-air missile equipment was analyzed, then the evaluation model was given. The retirement model for surface-to-air missile equipment was constructed with the method of gray clustering decision, providing the certain basis for the surface-to-air missile equipment retirement.
