高职生自我效能感与择业效能感研究——以合肥职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 职业育人的重心正逐步转移到学生个体内在效能的提升这一方向,较高的效能感能够使学生明确学习以及未来的职业方向,以较高的执行力实现规划目标。本文采用自我效能感综合量表SEIS的一般自我效能感量表以及龙燕梅2003年编制的大学生择业效能感量表—简版(CDMSE-SF),测量高职学生的一般自我效能感以及择业效能感现状、相关性,结果显示提升自我效能是推动职业教育发展、培养优秀职业技术人才的关键所在。 The focus of vocational education has now gradually been shifted to enhancement of students sense of self-efficacy.Students with high self-efficacy can see clearly the purpose of learning and the direction of their future career,and execute their goals in an effective way.This paper uses the General Self-Efficacy Scale of SEIS and the Career Decision-making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form(CDMSE-SF)compiled by Long Yanmei in 2003 to measure the general self-efficacy of vocational college students and their career decision-making self-efficacy and examine the correlation between them.Enhancing students self-efficacy is the key to the development of vocational education and the production of outstanding vocational and technical talents.
