摘要
目的编制大学生择业效能感量表。方法通过访谈和开放式量表等方法,编制了大学生择业效能感量表,并对其进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果 1探索性因素分析显示:大学生的择业效能感由4个维度组成:自我评价、就业应对效能、自我了解和信息收集效能;2验证性因素分析表明4个因素与构想模型拟合较好(χ2/df=1.812,NFI=0.971,IFI=0.987,TLI=0.984,CFI=0.987,RMSEA=0.063);3量表的内部一致性系数为0.939,各维度的内部一致性系数为0.780~0.865。结论本量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为测评大学生择业效能感的工具。
Objective To develop the Job Search Self-efficacy Scale for undergraduates.Methods Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used to develop and evaluate the intra-structure of the scale.The reliability and validity was also tested.Results ①Exploratory factor analysis of items indicated that the scale had four factors including self-evaluation,self-knew,self-efficacy of coping with job hunting and efficacy of information gathering.②The confirmatory factor analysis showed the fit indexes:(χ2/df=1.812,NFI=0.971,IFI=0.987,TLI=0.984,CFI=0.987,RMSEA=0.063).③Internal consistency analysis showed that the Cronbach α coefficients of the scale was 0.939,and the Cronbach α coefficients of four factors ranged from 0.780 to 0.865.Conclusion The scale is an appropriate tool for measuring the self-efficacy of job search for undergraduates with good reliability and validity.
