Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Food Safety Risk in Ethnic Areas

摘要 食品的安全问题与质量监管向来是社会的热门话题,直接关系到消费者的营养摄入与身体健康。中国民族地区地处偏远、基础设施水平落后、安全意识不足,一直是食品安全监管的重点与难点地区。为提升民族地区食品监管水平,运用文献分析与理论演绎的方法,基于食品安全的角度对供应链过程中的生产与加工、物流、销售、食用与保藏环节进行深入的安全风险研究,对参与的各主体——食品企业、政府部门、消费者协会、媒体与消费者提出相应的监督与管理对策,切实提高安全监管效率,以形成健康良好的食品市场。 Food safety and quality supervision has always been a hot topic in the society,which is directly related to consumers’ nutrition intake and health.However,China’s ethnic minority areas are located in remote areas,with low infrastructure level and insufficient safety awareness,which have always been the key and difficult areas for food safety supervision.To improve the level of food supervision in ethnic areas,apply the method of literature analysis and theoretical interpretation,base on the point of view of food safety supply chain in the process of production and processing,logistics,distribution,consumption and preservation in the security risks of in-depth research,to participate in the main body,food enterprises,government,consumer associations,media and consumers to put forward the corresponding supervision and management measures,to improve the efficiency of safety regulation,in order to form good health food market.
