摘要
人口老龄化不断加深背景下的老年群体疾病预防和治疗已成为政府重点关注的领域。高血压、心血管疾病等慢性疾病作为老年群体的常见疾病也成为医学领域研究的重中之重,但是国内有关老年慢性病患者的健康管理研究缺乏系统性、全面性。本文以“老年慢性病患者”“慢性病”“老年人”“健康管理”为关键词,采用主题检索的方式,在中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)中进行检索。同时,结合Nvivo软件和EndNote软件对现有文献进行分类与归纳。分析后发现,我国老年慢性病患者健康管理的有关研究主要分为以下几个维度:健康管理内容与方法、健康管理干预效果、健康管理模式与理念、健康管理平台、健康管理认知与需求、健康管理困境与对策。分析结果表明,我国老年慢性病患者的健康管理研究内容正在不断完善,但是仍存在对老年慢性病患者人群的划分不细致、健康管理模式的探讨不够丰富等问题。在今后的研究中,可引入医务社会工作视角来进一步探究老年慢性病患者的健康管理。
The prevention and treatment of diseases of the elderly in the process of population aging has become the focus of the government.Chronic diseases such as hypertension and cardiovascular disease have become the most important diseases in the medical field for the elderly.However,the domestic research on the health management of elderly with chronic diseases lacks systematic research and discussion.Choosing″elderly with chronic diseases″,″chronic diseases″,″elderly people″and″health management″as keywords,the subject search method was used to search in the full-text data of the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI).At the same time,combining Nvivo software and EndNote software to classify and summarize the research content of the existing research literature.It is found that the domestic relevant research on the health management of elderly with chronic diseases is mainly divided into the following dimensions:health management intervention effects,health management models and concepts,health management content and methods,health management platforms,health management awareness and needs,Health management dilemmas and countermeasures.The results also show that the research content of the health management of elderly with chronic diseases is continuously improving,but there are still problems such as insufficient division of the elderly with chronic diseases and insufficient discussion of health management models.In the future research,the perspective of medical social work can be introduced to further explore the health management of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
