摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈调查法,在国内健康管理发展状况、新时代习近平总书记对健康卫生的重要论述、高校教工健康状况研究梳理的基础上,指出对高校教工进行健康管理是新时代的需要;并提出了健康管理提升策略.
Using the methods of literature review and interview investigation,based on the research about the development of domestic health management,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches on health and hygiene in the new era,and the research on the health status of college staff,it is pointed out that the health management of college staff is the need of the new era and strategies for improving health management are put forth.
