V_(oc) deficit in kesterite solar cells

摘要 As containing earth-abundant elements,kesterite(Cu_(2)Zn-Sn(S,Se)_(4),CZTSSe)semiconductors have great potential to be low-cost and environmental-friendly inorganic absorbers.However,the record power conversion efficiency(PCE)for CZTSSe solar cells is only 12.6%[1,2],much lower than that for Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS)solar cells(23.35%)[3].
