混凝土搅拌站主楼失效分析与轻量化优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对某混凝土搅拌站主楼支腿局部失效开裂问题及结构轻量化优化设计需求,利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行强度计算和约束状态下的模态分析,得到主楼结构及关键连接件在极限荷载工况下的受力状态,评估主楼在搅拌动态激振力作用下的共振风险。研究结果表明,主楼支腿与斜撑连接区域在极限荷载工况下的应力超过材料屈服强度,是导致该处出现失效开裂的主要原因,可通过包裹钢板解决;在激振力作用下,主楼产生共振的风险较小;通过构建高精度快速预测模型,得到主楼框架结构优化方案,可在改善结构受力状态且不影响结构刚度的情况下,实现34.8%的结构轻量化目标。 Aiming at the local failure of the main building legs of a concrete mixing station and the structural lightweight optimization design requirements, the strength calculation and modal calculation under constraint state were carried out by using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS. The stress state of the whole structure and key connectors of the main building under the limit load condition was analyzed, and the resonance risk of the main building under the mixing dynamic excitation force was evaluated. The research results show that the stress in the connection area between the main building legs and the diagonal brace exceeds the material yield strength under the ultimate load condition, which is the main cause of failure and cracking. It can be solved by wrapping steel plate. Under the excitation force, the risk of resonance of the main building was small. By constructing a high-precision and rapid prediction model, the optimization scheme of the main building frame structure was obtained, which can improve the stress state of the structure without affecting the rigidity, and achieve the structural lightweight target of 34.8%.
