摘要
隧道施工通风是影响长大隧道快速掘进的重要因素。对长洪岭隧道现有斜井通风方案进行优化分析,提出风仓式通风。对不同工况下风仓内部流场进行三维数值模拟,通过计算分析,确定风仓及轴流风机布置的最佳形式,其有利于提高轴流风机效率,改善隧道内施工环境,分析结果可供其他长大隧道斜井通风参考。
Ventilation in tunnel construction is an important factor affecting rapid advancement of long and large tunnels. This paper analyzes for optimization of existing inclined shaft ventilation plan in Changhongling Tunnel and proposes air cabin ventilation. The 3D numerical simulation is conducted for internal flow field of air cabin under different working conditions to determine optimal form of arrangement of air cabins and axial flow fans via calculation and analysis, this is favorable for enhancing efficiency of axial flow fans and improving construction environment inside the tunnels. The results of analysis provide a reference for inclined shaft ventilation of other long and large tunnels.
