混凝土搅拌站筒仓支撑钢结构安全检测评估研究

摘要 根据杭州地区20多家混凝土搅拌站普遍存在整体倾斜、支撑缺失、构件锈蚀和外围护挡板设置不合理等问题,制定混凝土搅拌支撑钢结构现场调查与检测的内容与方法。在此基础上,通过有限元计算着重分析了整体倾斜对支撑钢结构安全性能的影响,最后给出了整体倾斜限值的建议。 According to the problems of overall tilt,lack of support,corrosion of components and unreasonable setting of peripheral guards in more than 20 concrete mixing plants in Hangzhou,the testing contents and methods of steel supporting structure of concrete mixing plant silos were formulated.According to the testing results,the influence of the whole inclination on the safety performance of the steel supporting structure was analyzed by finite element.Finally,the limit of the whole inclination was given.
