摘要
提出一种新型电力企业安全生产管理评价方法,该评价模型包含262个评价要素,并按照得分率分成四个安全等级。实证研究结果表明,该评价方法能够发现评价对象潜在的安全管理风险,可为电力行业的安全管理评价提供一种新方法。
A new safety management evaluation method for power enterprises is proposed,with an evaluation model containing 262 evaluation factors which are divided into four safety levels according to their scoring rate.The empirical study results indicate that the proposed evaluation method is able to detect potential safety management risks in targets evaluated,which offers a new effective approach for the power industry to perform safety management evaluations.
