摘要
目的:探究二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声在诊断甲状腺良恶性结节中的应用效果。方法:将2017年12月1日~2019年6月1日在本院确诊的甲状腺结节138例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施二维超声和彩色多普勒超声进行检查,同时将病理检查为基准,对相应的临床诊断结果加以分析。结果:在138例甲状腺结节患者病理检出41个恶性、82个良性。二维超声检出20个恶性、32个良性。彩色多普勒超声检出26个恶性、34个良性。二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声共同检出21个恶性、36个良性。即二维超声与彩色多普勒超声联合检查后的诊断准确率显著高于单一的二维超声检查、彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05,呈现临床不均衡性。结论:对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断而言,二维超声与彩色多普勒超声联合检查能够显著提升诊断的准确性。
Objective:To study the effect of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:138 patients with thyroid nodules diagnosed in our hospital from December 1,2017 to June 1,2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.At the same time,the pathological examination was used as a benchmark to analyze the corresponding clinical diagnosis results.Results:41 malignant and 82 benign thyroid nodules were detected pathologically in 138 patients with thyroid nodules.20 malignant and 32 benign were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound.26 malignant and 34 benign were detected by color Doppler ultrasound.21 malignant and 36 benign were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound.That is,the diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of single two-dimensional ultrasound,and color Doppler ultrasound was more significant,that is,P<0.05,showing clinical imbalance.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accuracy of diagnosi.
