摘要
目的分析在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中,彩色多普勒超声的应用效果,对该措施的应用价值进行分析。方法选择我院50例患者为此次研究对象(入选开始:2020年01月01日、结束:2021年12月30日,甲状腺良恶性肿瘤,分为良恶性两组),对相关数据进行回顾性分析,其中良性为30例、恶性20例,所有患者均使用彩色多普勒超声探查,以病理学诊断为金标准,分析该措施的实际应用价值。结果本次入选的50例患者病灶特点检出情况分析显示,恶性组高于良性组,统计学差异对比有意义(P<0.05);恶性肿瘤收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、阻力指数高于良性肿瘤,舒张末期血流速度(EDV)低于良性肿瘤,P<0.05,表示差异分析有意义。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断具有积极意义,该方案可行性较高,可以显著提升疾病检出率,对后续针对性治疗方案的实施具有促进作用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors,and to analyze the application value of this measure.Methods 50 patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects(inclusion start:January 1,2021,end:December 30,2021,benign and malignant thyroid tumors,divided into two groups,benign and malignant),and the relevant data were analyzed.Retrospective analysis,including 30 benign cases and 20 malignant cases,Using pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,all patients were detected by color Doppler ultrasound to analyze the practical application value of this measure.Results The analysis of the characteristics of lesions in the selected 50 patients showed that the malignant group was higher than the benign group,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).The maximum blood flow velocity and resistance index of malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumors.The minimum blood flow velocity during diastole was lower than that of benign tumors,P<0.05,indicating that the difference analysis was meaningful.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has positive significance,the scheme is highly feasible,can significantly improve the disease detection rate,and promote the implementation of the follow-up targeted treatment scheme.
