摘要
心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的最终归属,其发病率、死亡率居高不下,给世界医疗保健带来沉重经济负担。心肌细胞凋亡贯穿心力衰竭疾病的整个过程是心力衰竭发生发展的重要原因之一。通过抑制心肌细胞凋亡,能够有效改善心功能,延缓心力衰竭的发生、发展过程,达到防治心衰的目的。
Heart failure is the ultimate attribution of various cardiovascular diseases,and its morbidity and mortality remain high,which brings a heavy economic burden to the world’s medical care.Cardiac muscle cell apoptosis throughout the whole process of heart failure disease is one of the important reasons for the development of heart failure.By inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis,it can effectively improve heart function,delay the occurrence and development of heart failure,and achieve the purpose of preventing heart failure.
