摘要
在建筑工程项目中,工程进度的管理对建筑工程项目的进行有着直接影响,其事关工程项目的工作效率和经济效益,同时也决定了工程项目的质量和成本是否能够做出有效控制。本文将通过对建筑工程进度的影响因素进行剖析,分析对施工进度造成影响的各种原因,并对建筑工程项目中工程进度全过程动态控制的管理方式进行探讨。
In the construction projects,the management of project schedule has a direct impact on the progress of construction projects.It is related to the work efficiency and economic benefits of the project,and it also determines whether the quality and cost of the project can be effectively controlled.This article will analyze the various factors that affect the construction progress by analyzing the influencing factors of the construction project schedule,and discuss the management method of dynamic control in the whole process of the construction progress in the construction project.
