摘要
进度控制管理是建筑工程项目施工建设管理的一个重要组成部分,会对项目整体的工期、成本等产生直接影响。信息化背景下,有关部门在实施进度管理的过程中,可以通过引入信息技术的方式来提升管理的科学性,确保工程按期交付。论文结合建筑工程项目进度管理的内涵和意义,分析了当前建筑工程项目进度管理存在的问题,并就基于信息技术下的建筑工程进度管理进行了讨论,希望能够促进建筑工程进度管理水平的提高。
Schedule control management is an important part of construction management of construction projects, which will have a direct impact on the overall duration and cost of the project. Under the background of information technology, the relevant departments can improve the scientific nature of management and ensure the timely delivery of the project by introducing information technology in the process of implementing schedule management. Based on the connotation and significance of construction project schedule management,this paper analyzes the existing problems of construction project schedule management, and discusses the construction project schedule management based on information technology, hoping to promote the improvement of construction project schedule management level.
