摘要
本文探讨了建筑工程进度管理内容,包括进度计划的制定、监控与调整等方面,同时分析了建筑工程进度管理中常见的问题,如计划不合理、资源分配不均等。为解决这些问题,本文提出了基于全过程动态控制的建筑工程进度管理方略,强调了对项目全过程的实时监控和灵活调整。在实施时,可能遇到落地执行问题,如沟通不畅、团队协作不力等,并对此提出相应的解决方案,包括加强沟通机制、提升团队协作能力、引入专业支持等。
This paper discusses the content of construction project progress management,including the formulation,monitoring and adjustment of progress schedules,and analyzes the common problems in construction project progress management,such as unreasonable plans and uneven resource allocation.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes the construction project progress management strategy based on the whole-process dynamic control,and emphasizes the real-time monitoring and flexible adjustment in the whole process of the project.During implementation,the implementation problems may occur,such as poor communication and poor team collaboration.The corresponding solutions are proposed,such as strengthening communication mechanism,improving team collaboration capability,and introducing professional support.
