摘要
高空作业平台已广泛用于载人高空作业中,因此对其作业安全有着极高的要求。电气电子控制技术在高空作业平台的应用,使电气电子系统失效导致的安全功能失效问题日益突出。尤其是在臂架式载人平台,为了保证载人高空作业的安全,需对臂架运动进行安全设计。本文根据安全性能等级目标,设计了安全控制系统,匹配了安全部件,并通过危险失效概率计算验证了安全控制系统达到安全性能等级目标。
Aerial work platform has been widely used to aerial working mounted human,so that the work safety requirement is very high.With the application of electric and electronic control technology in aerial work platform,failure of safety function caused by failure of electric and electronic system becomes increasingly outstanding,especially the arm type platform with human.To ensure the safety of aerial work,the functional safety is designed for arm motion safety control.According the requirement safety performance level,the safety control system is developed and the safety components are selected properly.The safety control system is verified to comply with the requirement safety performance level by calculation of hazardous failure probability。
