摘要
采用三维建模软件和Ansys软件建立了接触网棘轮、腕臂和吊弦的三维实体模型及有限元模型,通过有限元计算完成了棘轮及腕臂的静力分析,得到棘轮的最大应力点以及腕臂在不同工况下的最大应力点;通过进行吊弦的疲劳实验获取了吊弦寿命的S-N曲线。研究结果为高速铁路接触网关键零部件的优化设计和故障检测提供了依据。
Establish 3D solid models and finite element models for ratchet wheels, cantilevers and droppers of OCS by means of 3D modeling software and Ansys software, complete the static analysis of ratchet wheels and cantilevers by means of finite element calculation, and obtain the maximum stress point for ratchet wheel and maximum stress point of cantilever under different working conditions;obtain the S-N curve of dropper’s service life by performing the dropper’s fatigue test. The researching results provide the basis for optimized design and fault inspection of key OCS fittings for high speed railway.
