摘要
本文介绍纯电动汽车吉利帝豪EV450断续上下高压电的故障现象。阐述该款纯电动汽车高压上电控制逻辑,并分析无法上高压电的故障原因。通过故障诊断,分析造成故障现象可能原因,确认故障为充电与上电功能互锁所致。提出维修新能源汽车时,不能忽视功能安全设计。
This paper introduces the fault phenomenon of Geely Emgrand EV450 intermittent up and down high voltage.This paper describes the control logic of high voltage power on of the pure electric vehicle,and analyzes the failure reasons of high voltage power on.Through fault diagnosis,it is confirmed that the fault is caused by the interlock of charging and power on functions.It is proposed that the functional safety design should not be ignored in the maintenance of new energy vehicles.
