摘要 对感知密度进行量化,是将感知密度评价引入城乡住区规划实践过程的必经之路。在这方面,既有的相关研究成果在遇到形体配置变化较大的住区,如高、低层混合的住区,计算结果就容易出现偏差。这一现象反映了建筑学领域感知密度研究的一个普遍问题:过于专注空间而忽视人也是密度感知的客体这一事实。环境心理学以空间感知密度刺激人数感知密度的实验揭示了资源是联系这二者的中介,而感知密度实质上是对空间资源人均或个人分配量的感知。借鉴资源人均分配的思想,在融入人数因子后,将既有的感知密度公式发展为E=NP/R,不仅使得计算结果更可靠,且可以不再受限于个例、用地等因素,从而具有了真正意义上的实践价值,而其进一步图形化也使感知密度评价工具介入城乡住区规划成为可能。 Quantification of perceived density is the only approach to apply the evaluation of perceived density to residential planning in urban and rural areas.In this respect,the calculation in line with the achievement of existing relative research is apt to be ineffective in the case of residential areas with great contrasts in building volumes like the coexistence of high-rises and lowrises.The result reflects one of the common problems in architectural research on perceived density:too much focus on space while neglecting the fact that people are also perceived objects.The experiment of environmental psychology in which the perception of people density was stimulated by the perception of spatial density indicates that resource is the intermedium between two kinds of perception while perceived density is in essence the perception of per capita or personal amount of spatial resource distributed.According to the logic of per capita distribution,the research can further integrate the factor of people number and make the existing formula of perceived density developed into E=NP/R.The new formula is not only more reliable in the calculation but independent of the specificity and land area of the case to be evaluated.In this sense,the research becomes truly significant for the practice.The further visualization also enables the intervention of perceived density evaluation in residential planning.
