摘要
铁路法治的基本范畴,是指人的思维在对铁路法治的本质概括的反映中,处于主要地位的种类内容。它们对认识和实现铁路法治具有提纲挈领的作用。其内容包括三级四组30个基本范畴,它们彼此相互联系,有机统一。这些范畴具有稳定性和概括性,但是其内涵和外延是发展变化的。其中铁路法治(系统)是相关范畴的工作系统,是铁路法治理论体系的研究对象。铁路法治的基本范畴的理论体系,可以逐步朝着构建铁路法治学的学科理论体系的方向发展。
The fundamental category of railway laws and administration refers to the major thinking for the essence of the concept, which plays an important role in getting and maintaining the railway order. There are 30 interrelated and unified fundamental categories in three levels or with four groups. They are relatively fixed and general, while their connotation and denotation are in changing. Railway laws and administration(the system)belongs to the working system of related categories, as well as the research object of the theoretical system. The fundamental category of the system may develop into a discipline of railway order.
