摘要
随着疫情防控取得明显成效,中国经济复苏步伐强劲,成为疫情影响下全球唯一实现正增长的主要经济体,外贸形势持续向好,“一带一路”建设稳步推进,贸易新业态加速发展,但全球范围的疫情防控仍存在诸多不确定性,世界经济复苏充满变数。因此,中国应继续打好“稳外贸”政策组合拳,正确处理好国际贸易政策与产业发展、区域发展、国际贸易规则这“三对关系”,加快构建现代化产业体系,优化区域开放格局,提升全球经济治理话语权,拓展对外贸易合作领域,构建中国对外贸易国际竞争新优势。
With the remarkable achievements of pandemic prevention and control,the pace of domestic economic recovery is strong,and China has become the only major economy in the world to achieve positive growth under the influence of the pandemic.The foreign trade situation continued to improve,the Belt and Road construction has been steadily advancing and new forms of trade are developing rapidly.However,there are still uncertainties in the global pandemic prevention and control,and the world economic recovery is full of variables.Therefore,China should continue to play a good"stable foreign trade"policy combination,correctly handle the"three pairs of relations"between international trade policy and industrial development,regional development and international trade rules,accelerate the construction of modern industrial system,optimize the regional opening pattern,enhance the discourse power of global economic governance,expand the field of foreign trade cooperation,and build a new international competitive advantage of China’s foreign trade.
