摘要
目的探讨盐酸舍曲林联合富马酸喹硫平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将240例抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组120例。两组均给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,研究组联合富马酸喹硫平治疗,观察10周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后比较两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子、5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇水平。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素、促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论盐酸舍曲林联合富马酸喹硫平治疗抑郁症疗效较好,可显著改善患者的神经递质及炎症因子水平,改善应激状态,具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride combined with quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 240 depression patients were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sertraline hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with quetiapine fumarate for 10 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NE),corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ATCH)and cortisol(CORT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,DA and NE in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The levels of CRP,IL-1β,TNF-α,CRH,ATCH and CORT in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Sertraline hydrochloride combined with quetiapine fumarate has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of depression,which can significantly improve the levels of neurotransmitters and inflammatory factors in patients,improve the stress state,and has a good clinical application prospect.
