摘要
河南某金矿为进一步回收尾矿库尾矿中的金,实现资源的综合利用和经济效益最大化,在尾矿矿石性质研究的基础上,探索制定了尾矿再磨—浮选—尾矿细磨—非氰浸出选冶联合回收金工艺。经过探索试验和条件优化试验,在-0.074 mm85%的磨矿细度下,浮选闭路试验获得了金品位38.77 g/t、金回收率44.97%的金精矿;浮选尾矿细磨至-0.037 mm90%,使用硫代硫酸盐法和“金蝉”试剂的浸出率分别为25.88%和30.59%,最终金的总回收率为75.56%,取得了较好的技术指标。
In order to further recover gold from tailings of tailings pond in a gold mine in Henan province,and realize comprehensive utilization of resources and maximize economic benefit.explored and developed a combined gold recovery process of tailings regrinding-flotation-fine grinding-non-cyanide leaching beneficiation and metallurgy on the basis of the study on the properties of tailings ore.Through exploration test and condition optimization test,a gold concentrate with gold grade of 38.77 g/t and gold recovery of 44.97%was obtained by closed-circuit flotation test at grinding fineness of 85%of-0.074mm.The flotation tailings were finely ground to 90%of-0.037mm,the leaching rates of thionsulfate method and"Jinchan"reagent were 25.88%and 30.59%,respectively,and the total recovery of gold was 75.56%,which obtained good technical indexes.
