河南某银金铅锌多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Research on Beneficiation of a Silver-gold-lead-zinc Polymetallic Ore in Henan

摘要 对河南某银金铅锌硫化物矿进行浮选试验研究。原矿入选品位Ag 155.40 g/t、Au 0.88 g/t、Pb 1.54%、Zn 0.90%,采用"铅-锌-硫"依次优先浮选工艺流程。闭路试验获得的选别指标为:铅精矿产率2.47%、含Ag 4681.64 g/t、Au 13.87 g/t、Pb 57.51%,金回收率52.77%、银回收率88.53%、铅回收率93.46%;锌精矿产率1.93%、金品位5.15 g/t、银品位197.64 g/t、锌品位43.64%、金回收率15.31%、银回收率2.92%、锌回收率84.69%;硫精矿产率3.16%、金品位4.89 g/t、银品位142.64 g/t、金回收率23.80%、银回收率3.45%。 A flotation test was conducted on a silver-gold-lead-zinc sulfide mine in Henan. The selected grades of raw ore are Ag of 155.40 g/t, Au of 0.88 g/t, Pb of 1.54%, and Zn of 0.90%, and the lead-zinc-sulfur sequential priority flotation process is used. Flotation indexes are obtained as follows by the closed-circuit test. The indexes of lead concentrate are yield rate of 2.47%, containing Ag of 4681.64 g/t, Au of 13.87 g/t, Pb of 57.51%, gold recovery rate of 52.77%, silver recovery rate of 88.53%, and lead recovery rate of 93.46%. The indexes of zinc concentrate are yield rate of 1.93%, gold grade of 5.15 g/t, silver grade of 197.64 g/t, zinc grade of 43.64%, gold recovery rate of 15.31%, silver recovery rate of 2.92%, and zinc recovery rate of 84.69%. The indexes of sulfur concentrate are yield rate of 3.16%, gold grade of 4.89 g/t, silver grade of 142.64 g/t, gold recovery rate of 23.80%, and silver recovery rate of 3.45%.
