摘要
通过外磁场中细粒级软锰矿的浮选试验和浊度测试,研究磁化浮选的机理以及磁场各因素对浮选影响的规律和最佳条件值。机理研究发现,外磁场可以使弱磁性软锰矿表观粒度变大,进而强化细粒级软锰矿的浮选效果。试验结果表明,在磁场强度为0.7 T,磁化时间为10 min,搅拌速度为1 500 r/min及以上时,浮选回收率最高,磁化浮选效果最好。
The mechanism of magnetization flotation and the regular of magnetic field factors on flotation effect and the best condition of magnetic field factors were studied by flotation tests and turbidity test of fine pyrolusite particles in external magnetic field.The mechanism study shows that the apparent size of fine weak magnetic pyrolusite particles can be increased and the flotation effect can be stregnthened by external magnetic field.The test results indicate that a perfet result can be obtained at 0.7 T magneticies,10 min magnetization time and more than 1 500 r/min speed of agitator.
