摘要
针对云南某铅锌矿铅品位低、锌品位高、矿物组成复杂的特点,通过合理确定工艺及流程,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占78%,使用水玻璃抑制硅酸盐脉石性矿物,以硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠做锌的抑制剂,丁胺黑药和乙硫氮组合作为铅的捕收剂,以丁基黄药作锌的捕收剂的条件下,采用优先浮选流程回收铅锌矿物,最终获得了铅精矿品位58.65%、回收率85.20%,锌精矿品位56.82%、回收率87.50%的良好指标,实现了铅锌矿物的有效分离。
A lead-zinc ore in Yunnan has low grade of lead,high grade of zinc and complex mineral composition. According to these features,reasonable process and procedures were determined as follows,the grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm accounted for 78%,sodium silicate was used to inhibit silicate gangue minerals,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite were used to inhibit zinc,butylamine black powder and diethyldithiocarbamate were taken as collector of lead,and butyl xanthate was adopted as collector of zinc. Finally,by preferential flotation,good indexes were obtained with lead concentrate grade of 58. 65% and recovery of 85. 20%,as well as zinc concentrate grade of 56. 82%and recovery of 87. 50%,which achieved an effective separation of lead-zinc material.
