摘要
采用半预聚体法制备无溶剂型透明聚氨酯灌封胶,并应用于LED灯带灌封。研究了聚醚多元醇的种类、扩链交联剂的种类及用量、NCO基质量分数、增塑剂的用量以及NCO与OH的物质的量之比对灌封胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:当双组分聚氨酯灌封胶中NCO与OH的物质的量之比为1.0∶1.0,且A组分为2 000分子量的二元醇、己二酸二辛酯(DOA)用量为25份、w(NCO)=12.6%(相对于总质量而言),B组分扩链剂选择1,4-丁二醇(1,4-BDO)且为0.02 mol时,所制备的双组分聚氨酯灌封胶性能较优,满足LED灯带灌封的要求。
The solvent-free transparent polyurethane potting adhesive was prepared by semi-prepolymer method and was applied to LED lamp strip potting. The effects of the polyether polyol type,chain extender type and amount,NCO group mass fraction,plasticizer amount and mass ratio of NCO to OH on the properties of potting adhesive were investigated as well. The research results showed that when the mass ratio of NCO to OH in the two-component polyurethane potting adhesive was 1.0∶1.0,the component A was a diol with molecular weight of 2 000,the amount of dioctyl adipate(DOA)was 25 phr,and w(NCO)=12.6%(relative to the total mass),and 1,4-butanediol(1,4-BDO)was selected as the main extender in the component B and was 0.02 mol,the prepared two-component polyurethane potting adhesive had excellent performance,which met the requirements of LED lamp strip potting.
