摘要
以聚醚多元醇、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为原料合成了聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体。分别对预聚反应时间、温度进行了考察,确定了合适的反应条件;并对影响聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体性能的几个因素如预聚体中NCO质量分数、水分含量、NCO与OH摩尔比、聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量及后熟化时间等进行了研究。较佳反应条件为:反应温度为(80±5)℃,预聚反应时间1.5 ̄2h。聚醚多元醇含水质量分数<0.05%,NCO与OH摩尔比1.00 ̄1.03,后熟化时间≥4h。
The polyether type polyurethane elastomers based on polyether-polyol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4- butanediol were synthesized.The time and temperature of prepolymerization were investigated,and the appropriate reaction conditions were ascertained.The effect factors including the NCO mass fraction in prepolymer, moisture content,molar ratio of NCO to OH,relative molecular mass of polyether polyol,post curing time on the polyurethane elastomer properties were researched,The optimum reaction conditions are reaction temperature of (80 ± 5)℃,prepolymerization time of 1.5-2 h,water mass fraction of 〈0.05% in polyether polyol,molar ratio of NCO to OH of 1.00-1.03,post curing time ≥ 4h.
