摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙烯酸松香与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯合成的酯类二元醇(RAG)为原料,通过先预聚后扩链的方法制备了松香基IPDI型聚氨酯(PU)树脂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析和差示扫描量热法对产物进行了分析表征,探讨了单体比例对PU相对分子质量、黏度、热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、耐水性及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:成功制备了松香基IPDI型PU;随着PU中RAG物质的量的增加,PU的耐水性、热稳定性均提高,而相对分子质量、黏度及Tg下降。在扩链剂为1,6-己二醇(HDO),n(RAG)∶n(HDO)∶n(IPDI)=0.8∶0.4∶1.2,预聚反应温度为70℃的条件下,制备的PU涂膜性能较好,60°光泽度为151,硬度为3H,柔韧性为2mm,附着力为2级,耐冲击强度为40kg·cm。
Acrylic rosin and glyceryl methacrylate ester(RAG)was used as diol to react with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),a rosin-based IPDI polyurethane(PU)was prepared by pre-polymerization and chain extension.The product was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The effects of monomer ratio on molecular weight,viscosity,thermal stability,glass transition temperature,water resistance and film properties of the PU were investigated.The results showed that the rosin-based IPDI PU was prepared successfully.With the increase of RAG content in PU resin,the water resistance and thermal stability of PU increased,and the molecular weight,viscosity and glass transition temperature decreased.The preparation conditions of PU with better performance were as follows:the reaction temperature 70℃,the chain extender was 1,6-hexanediol(HDO),the monomer ratio of RAG,IPDI and HDO at 0.8∶1.2∶0.4.The coating performances under the conditions were:60 with a gloss of 151,hardness of 3 H,flexibility of2 mm,adhesion of 2,impact strength of 40 kg·cm.
