摘要
基于“新工科”背景下应用型土木工程人才创新能力的要求和培养现状,以社会需求为导向的教育理念,为加强人才创新能力的培养,文章提出了将工程案例融入土木工程理论知识教学、强化理论知识对实践教学的指导和重视学生人文素养和团队协作与沟通能力的培养教学理念,以达到应用型土木工程人才创新能力培养的目的。
According to the requirements of innovation ability and cultivation for the application-oriented talent for civil engineering under the background of new engineering,the talent cultivation ability is strengthened based on the guide of social requirements.In order to achieve the purpose of cultivating the innovation ability of application-oriented civil engineering talent,the teaching idea of integrating engineering cases into the teaching of theoretical knowledge of civil engineering was proposed to strengthen the guidance of theoretical knowledge to practical teaching.It attaches the importance to the cultivation of student humanistic quality and team cooperation.
