摘要
目的:探析细节护理在儿童预防接种中的护理研究及对不良反应预防作用。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间于我中心进行预防接种的80例儿童作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为两组(对照组、观察组),予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组细节护理。统计两组依从性与不良反应(持续性头晕、注射部位红肿、呕吐)发生率。结果:对照组、观察组依从性分别为70.00%、97.50%,对比发现观察组依从性更高(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组不良反应发生率分别为35.00%、10.00%,对比发现观察组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童预防接种中实施细节护理,能够提升其依从性,并减少不良反应的发生。
Objective:It aims to analyze the research of detailed nursing on children’s preventive vaccination and its prevention effect on adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 80 children who were vaccinated in Yuanzhou District CDC from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group).The control group was given by routine nursing while the observation group was given by detailed nursing.The incidence of compliance and adverse reactions(including persistent dizziness,redness and swelling around the injection site and vomiting)of the two groups were counted.Results:The compliance of control group and observation group were 70.00%and 97.50%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and observation group were 35.00%and 10.00%,respectively.Conclusion:Implementing detailed nursing in children’s preventive vaccination could improve the compliance and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
