摘要
目的探讨协同护理模式在母婴同室新生儿病房中的应用价值。方法108例新生儿随机均分为两组,对照组实施常规母婴同室护理,观察组实施母婴同室协同护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组产妇的新生儿护理知识掌握度评分、护理满意度评分、纯母乳喂养成功率、育儿自我效能感评分均显著高于对照组,新生儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理应用于母婴同室新生儿病房中可提高产妇的母乳喂养成功率、育儿自我效能感,降低新生儿并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application value of collaborative nursing in neonatal rooming-in ward.Methods 108 neonates were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group received routine rooming-in nursing,and the observation group received collaborative rooming-in nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The neonatal nursing knowledge mastery score,nursing satisfaction degree score,exclusive breastfeeding success rate and parenting self-efficacy scores of puerperae in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of neonatal complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing applied in neonatal rooming-in ward can improve breastfeeding success rate and parenting self-efficacy of puerperae,and reduce the incidence of neonatal complications.
