摘要
目的探讨连续细致护理对高危初产妇自我效能感及分娩结局的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月于我院生产的高危初产妇78例,随机分成两组各39例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行连续细致护理。比较两组护理前后的自我效能感,以及分娩结局。结果护理前,两组的GSES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的GSES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的剖宫产率、难产率及死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论连续细致护理可有效增强高危初产妇的自我效能感,提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous meticulous nursing on the self-efficacy and delivery outcome of high-risk primiparas.Methods 78 cases of high-risk primiparas delivered in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received continuous meticulous nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy before and after nursing,and the delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the GSES score(P>0.05);After nursing,the GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);No significant difference was found in the cesarean section rate,dystocia rate and mortality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Continuous meticulous nursing can effectively enhance the self-efficacy and improve the natural delivery rate of high-risk primiparas,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
