摘要
分析了在产后出血护理过程中进行健康教育的应用价值。选择2021年6月-2022年6月在保定市徐水区妇幼保健院分娩的42例产妇为研究对象,按照随机分组将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组以常规护理为主,观察组患者以常规护理联合健康教育护理开展工作。对比两组患者的产后出血发生情况、出血量、24小时出血量以及护理满意度。研究发现,在对产后出血患者进行护理时,通过有效的健康教育可以改善患者的出血情况,提高总体护理水平,对促进患者产后恢复有重要价值。
The application value of health education in the nursing process of postpartum hemorrhage was analyzed.A total of 42 pregnant women who delivered at Xushui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with routine nursing combined with health education nursing.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding volume,24-hour bleeding volume,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Research has found that effective health education can improve the bleeding situation of patients with postpartum hemorrhage when nursing them,which has important value in improving the overall nursing level of patients and promoting their postpartum recovery.
