摘要
建立了基于金纳米粒子-β-环糊精(β-CD@AuNPs)的可视化检测苯胺异构体的方法。实验中β-CD同时起着稳定剂和还原剂的作用,水热合成法一步得到β-环糊精包裹的AuNPs。β-CD可以选择性识别3种苯二胺的位置异构体,以纳米金作为信号的转换元件,实现了3种异构体的选择性识别。研究表明,β-CD@AuNPs与对苯二胺的相互作用最强,AuNPs发生明显的团聚显色,最大吸收峰发生明显红移由519 nm变化至650 nm,据此建立了废水中对苯二胺的比色测定方法。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围0.36~10.8 mg/L,检出限0.12 mg/L,回收率为97.3%~99.7%。该方法可以应用于废水中苯胺类污染物的检测。
The development of a naked-eye colorimetric detection for different isomers of aniline compounds usingβ-CD-modified gold nanoparticle(Au NPs)probes was reported.β-CD-coated Au NPs were fabricated in an ecofriendly way by the proposed one-step hydrothermal synthesis method usingβ-CD as both reducing agents and stabilizers.Further more,it was found thatβ-CD could selectively recognize the positional isomers of three phenylenediamines,and gold nanoparticles were used as a signal conversion element to realize the selectively recognition of the three isomers.The results showed thatβ-CD@Au NPs had the strongest interaction with the pphenylenediamine and Au NPs can be rapidly induced to aggregate,resulting in redshift and the maximum absorption peak changed from 519 nm to 650 nm.A colorimetric method for the determination of p-phenylenediamine in wastewater was established.Under the optimal conditions,a linear relationship could be got between the concentration of 0.36 mg/L and 10.8 mg/L,with the detection limit of 0.12 mg/L.The proposed method was applied to the determination of p-phenylenediamine in wastewater with the recoveries of 97.3%-99.7%.
