摘要
针对橡胶防老剂RD生产过程中产生的含40 g/L苯胺的废水,在比较多种苯胺废水处理方法优劣的基础上,选用甲苯萃取处理方案,通过试验确定了其主要工艺参数,设计了一套废水处理量20 m3/d的生产装置。生产装置运行结果表明,苯胺回收率达98.5%,与其它方法相比,萃取法具有设备投资少,操作简单,消耗低等优点。
By comparing of several kinds of method for treatment of aniline wastewater, an extracting method using methylbenzene as extracting agent was proposed for the treatment of 40 g/L aniline wastewater produced in the manufacture of rubber antioxidant (RD). Based on the technological parameters obtained from experiment, a production facility whose capacity was 20 m^3/d was designed. The production showed that 98.5 % of aniline was recovered. Compared with other means, the proposed extraction method has advantages such as less equipment investment, easier operation and lower consumption.
